Lakū Crew — Affiliate Terms

Welcome to the Lakū Crew, Lakū Cosmetics' affiliate program. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

You apply through our application form. Membership is by approval — we review every application personally and may accept or decline at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal account (or accept store credit) to receive payouts.

Commission: You earn 10% commission on the product subtotal of every eligible order placed through your personal referral link or discount code — calculated after any discount and excluding shipping and taxes.
Your audience's discount: Your personal code gives your referred customers 5% off their order (minimum order $50). The code can't be combined with other discounts and is limited to one use per customer.
No commission is earned on shipping, taxes, gift cards, or orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back. Commission on refunded or returned orders is reversed.

Referrals are tracked by your unique link (30-day, last-click cookie) and by your unique discount code.
Only orders correctly attributed to you through our affiliate platform are eligible for commission.

Commissions are held for a 30-day approval period (to account for returns and cancellations), then paid via PayPal or store credit.
We may set a minimum payout threshold. Payout schedules and methods may change with reasonable notice.

Always disclose your partnership with Lakū (e.g. “#ad” or “affiliate”) in line with FTC guidelines and applicable law.
Share only your genuine experience. No false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims (including medical or “cure” claims). Individual results vary.
Not allowed: using your own code on your own orders (self-referral); spam; paid ads that bid on “Lakū” or our branded/trademark terms; posting your code to coupon/deal sites unless approved in writing; impersonating Lakū; and any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful conduct.

Your code and link are for sharing with your own audience. Please don't post them to unauthorized coupon aggregators.
We may adjust commission rates or coupon values, or set custom rates for individual ambassadors, with notice.

You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end your membership or the program at any time, including for breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions tied to disallowed activity may be forfeited.

We may update these terms; continued participation means you accept the current version.
